Take control of your anxiety and panic attacks with all natural techniques that work wonders!

Hello All. Sarah Shane Here!
red1
sarahx206ma12I have been a sufferer of panic attacks ever since college. Randomly, one day while walking to class, I started to really freak out about something(can’t remember what it was exactly). It wasn’t just a simple worry - it was like I was completely consumed by it. I went into a cold sweat and it felt like I couldn’t breath. I honestly felt like I was going to die for a minute there. I actually went to the doctor the next day because I thought there was something wrong with me. As it turned out, he told me I had a panic attack.

Me, have a panic attack? I almost laughed when he told me I had a panic attack - I thought it was just some made up thing for people who worried excessively over stupid stuff. However, after he told me the symptoms I was shocked that I actually had a panic attack.

Luckily there are things you can do!
Needless to say, after this episode I researched the topic and bought tons of books on it. I simply did not want to experience a panic attack again. After months of research, and a load of trial and error, I finally figured out the techniques that worked, and the techniques that didn’t.

Hello All,

book_smallToday, I want to tell you about a little book that has had the most dramatic effect on my panic attacks. The book, Panic Away, is simply amazing. The technique taught in the book is by far the most effective technique I have ever tried. With about a week’s worth of practice, I finally started learning how to control my panic attack. After a month on this program, I have yet to have a single panic attack yet, and it feels wonderful! For this reason, I highly recommend you try out his program here.

My shrink didn’t tell me about this method…
I have had general anxiety disorder ever since college. Since then, I have had to see a shrink once a month to get my perscriptions for my anxiety meds. However, during the dozens of visits, my shrink never once said anything about this method.

And you know why?
Because he gets money for the pharmicudical company each time he prescribes a patient on a certain medicine. Not only that, but if he taught me the technique taught in Panic Away, there would be no need for me to come back and pay him each month to get my pills.

Does it work for everyone?
Simple answer, I don’t know. But I can tell you that if you follow exactly what they teach you in the course, there is no way you won’t see improvement in your anxiety and panic disorder. I know that some people will buy the course and never try to apply what they were taught - it’s just because they are lazy. All I can say to those people is, how can you be lazy if the key to your freedom from panic attacks requires just a little bit of effort on your end?

For all you sufferers of panix and anxiety attacks, I can only recommend you give Panic Away a try here. If the methods dont work, which they probably will work just fine for you, they have an unconditional 30 day refund policy. You really have nothing to lose. Just give it a shot!

Anxiety is an emotion that everyone will experience from time to time, possibly when facing a difficult problem or important decision. Anxiety may occur without cause and can interfere with a normal life or have a serious impact on it. It can be accompanied by symptoms related to the lungs, heart, and nervous system while some experience an upset stomach, breathing difficulties or diarrhea.

Panic attacks are often times symptoms of an anxiety disorder and usually come at an unexpected time, very suddenly, unprovoked and many times disabling. When anxiety becomes too much to handle and is dreaded every day, it has then become a disorder. The peak age when people experience their first panic attack is between the ages of 15 and 19.

In certain instances, you may be able to treat anxiety and panic attack at home without a doctor’s help:

  1. Picture yourself facing and conquering your fears
  2. Meditate
  3. Watch TV
  4. Soak in the warm bath
  5. Do deep-breathing exercises
  6. Rest in a very dark room
  7. Massage your neck and throat
  8. Change your diet

Sometimes a simple massage of the neck and throat will help ease anxiety or panic attack. These are areas of the body that are most often tense during attacks. It is important to massage gently and one side at a time and not both at once.

You might have to change  up your lifestyle a little bit.

Avoiding beverages that contain caffeine, like tea, coffee and soda will often reduce the chances of a panic attack. Many believe that anxiety and panic attacks can be cause by deficiencies of B-complex vitamins, magnesium or calcium.

Relaxation and deep breathing can help to calm the body down during anxiety or panic attack. This will also help prevent hyperventilation. Aromatherapy is something used often as a calming agent for the body.

Some Ways to Help Lessen or Stop Panic Attacks
In general, there are some things you can do to help ease, or possibly stop, your panic attacks.
Panic attacks usually come on suddenly, often without warning, and the trigger may or may not be known. Sometimes a panic attack concerns anxiety around something that may happen in the future, usually the somewhat near future, or is around a situation you are in at the moment that is making you feel anxious and you are working to avoid something in that situation. For some people, a panic attack feels to them like they are having a heart attack and some people even fear they are dying.

It is important for you to see your doctor if you are experiencing panic attacks, to rule out any physical cause. If the cause is not physical, your doctor may treat you with a drug or combination of drugs used to treat panic attacks. There drugs include Paxil, Zoloft, Xanax, and Klonopin. These drugs are available by prescription only.

Seeing a shrink can really help!
Psychotherapy is another way to help treat panic attacks. Your therapist may be able to help you figure out what is going on in your mind that is triggering your panic attacks and then work with you to overcome them. Your therapist may also use other methods of treatment such as exposure therapy, where you are exposed to the trigger (or imagine you are being exposed to the trigger) while in the safety of his/her presence, and then you and your therapist work through your symptoms. Also, your therapist may work on relaxation and slow breathing techniques with you.

There are self-help books, CDs, and DVDs available at the library, stores, and on-line. Many of them will give you information on how to change your thought patterns and take control of your thinking. It may also be helpful for you to avoid caffeine and to not smoke, as these are stimulants.

Panic attacks can be a terrifying and horrible experience. If you have frequent panic attacks at work, school or in your everyday life try these simple methods to get rid of them.

If you feel a panic attack coming on try this simple technique to alleviate the feeling. Stop what you’re doing and begin to breathe deeply. Pull air in through your nose, letting it completely fill your lungs. Hold the air for a few seconds and then slowly let it out, again through your nose. Try this about six times and you should begin to feel better right away.

Take up workouts that promote breath control

Another great way to alleviate panic attacks is to try a daily yoga practice. Yoga is a relaxing form of exercise that teaches a number of breathing techniques that incorporate into your daily life to help stop panic attacks. Restorative Yoga is a great form to try to learn many techniques to help you.

Eliminating caffeine from your diet is also a good way to help you if you suffer from frequent panic attacks. Stimulants like caffeine can aggravate panic attacks, making them harder to get control of and making you feel even worse.

Check your medications!

If you take medication for other conditions check to make sure they’re not triggering panic attacks. You can do this by consulting your doctor or doing a bit of research on the Internet. Don’t stop a medication without first consulting your doctor, however.

Lastly, drops in your blood sugar can also release hormones that trigger panic attacks and anxiety. Prevent this occurance by making sure you eat small meals throughout the day, avoiding processed foods and sugar.

Trying a couple of these techniques is a sure way to help you get control of your panic attacks without drugs or seriously interrupting your daily life. These methods will not completely rid you of panic attacks but they will help lessen the effect they have on your life.

The levels of anxiety that depression and daily stress create can trigger a panic attack or cause them to develop in an otherwise healthy individual. Medications that are used to treat depression can also trigger panic attacks as well.

girl-panicDitch the Drugs, Stop Panic attacks Through Meditation
Victims of anxiety-related mental disorders know the dreaded feeling all too well: the sense of unexplainable, irrational dread sweeping across the brain and body, convincing you that something is terribly wrong. It may take the form of panic of an impending event, shortness or breath, uncomfortable sensations in the head, but whatever avatar it comes in, it will wreak serious havoc if you do not take control right away.

Many people rely on dangerous and controversial drugs to fight panic attacks such as these. While they may prove effective, often you will have to switch medication regularly, and the side effects can be so extreme as to cause other complications that might be worse than the panic disorder itself.

Meditation works! You just need to practice it.
Another often overlooked method for dealing with panic disorder is meditation. Sometimes just taking a break and getting your breathing into calm and consistent condition can help work your way through the terrible chaos of a panic or anxiety attack. It is important to shed off all of the worries of the past and future and live very much in the present, breathing very steadily. It will become very clear that there is no real impending concern or worry worth that degree of energy. Once a panic or anxiety attack is realized to be a panic or anxiety attack, it no longer holds power over you. The main instrument of stress that it uses to cause harm is simply confusing you into thinking you are in danger. You are not in danger.

Resisting panic and anxiety naturally through meditation will give you the tools to overcome the disorder yourself. This has a great advantage over drug therapy, which tends to cripple your ability to naturally resist the problems over time. While it may prove more difficult at first, long term it will better equip you to battle your chemical imbalances without uncomfortable drugs that may complicate your life in other ways. Trust in meditation to soothe your anxieties.

See curing your anxiety and panic attacks through meditation is quite easy…

You just need to know the right breathing and meditation techniques in order to do it.

The doctors ultimate solution is to prescribe a ton of pills to you that you don’t need/shouldn’t be taking in the first place. Did you know that doctors often get commission for putting their clients on a certain plan?

The fact is, you can take control of your anxiety - in a completely natural and healthy way. And anyone can do it too - If I can do it, surely you can too. I highly suggest you check out this book because it teaches you everything you need to know to get in control of your anxiety problems.

Ever have butterflies in your stomach before a big event in your life? Perhaps before a big date, or performing on stage? These are the typical bodily reactions to real or imagined fear events. A real fear event is when your life is really in danger because a car is coming fast towards you, while an imagined fear event is when you think something could happen, but it probably won’t. Unfortunately, your body doesn’t know the difference, and will react the same way. If this continues frequently in the long term, it’s called an anxiety disorder.

Curing Your Anxiety Problem
Curing anxiety disorders can be accomplished through a variety of methods, but the most effective seems to be through a combination of therapy and relaxation techniques learned in therapy or support groups. Anxiety, in and of itself, is not a bad thing, because it is the body’s way of telling you that there is danger. It prepares you to either fight or flee, and can be very helpful when faced with a dangerous situation such as getting robbed at gunpoint, or a car coming at you.

When Therapy is helpful…
But when the anxiety comes at times when there is no danger, or if the anxiety gets so paralyzing that you cannot function, then that is when therapy can help. While there, you can discuss with your counselor what it is that you are fearful of, and perhaps work through those issues. While in therapy, your counselor may teach you some relaxation techniques that can help to calm you down long enough to think rationally again, which could range from imagery to deep breathing exercises.

Anxiety disorders may be one of the few mental health disorders that can be treated without medication. While it requires patience and willingness to work through the disorder, it can be handled very well sans medication. And the first step is to educate yourself about what works and what doesn’t work. Much of this research can be done through the internet. Of course, if your anxiety disorder is life-threatening, please go get help immediately and do not wait for things to get worse.

The Ultimate Way Guide to Becoming Anxiety Free…

I have been living with a huge anxiety problem ever since I graduated high school. I don’t know what it was about that, maybe something about my age triggered some sort of chemical imbalance, but ever since then I have had frequent panic attacks and anxiety problems.

Luckily, I found a really great program that helps you cure your anxiety problems. The thing is, my doctor said nothing about these techniques and I am fairly certain they all know about them. They like to prescribe powerful medicines that they get referral fees from each time they set a patient on it. I guess they didn’t tell me about this because there is no money in it for them.

If you feel any of the following symptoms:

  • Dizzy spells leading to panic
  • Tightness in throat and chest- shortness of breath
  • Hot flushes followed by waves of anxiety
  • Obsessive worries and unwanted thoughts
  • Feeling very disconnected with what is going on around you..

Then it is likely that you are having a panic or anxiety attack. These symptoms have become very common to me. With the use of the above program, I haven’t had a panic attack in a very long time - almost a year since my last panic attack. It really feels great not having to worry about freaking out for no reason at all.

If you want to rid yourself of your anxiety and panic problems, I highly suggest you check out this program. A lot of people have had a lot of good results by practicing the techniques provided in the book.
